This is an outline for how the QC should progress. When we start the circle I will post our goals for each week.

Team Formation Phase
Choose a name. Evaluate member’s skills. Assign roles. Establish goals. Establish rules. Select a problem to be the theme.

Goals:

Schedule:
Week 1: Level Assessment/Select name
Week 2: Development Planning
Week 3: Theme Analysis
Week 4: Theme Selection and Approval


Plan Phase
Analyze the problem, Identify the cause, Find the root cause. Data analysis on root cause. Develop Solution.

Goals: QC Steps:

3.Set targets
4.Cause Analysis on Root Cause
5.Developing Solution (Countermeasure)

Do Phase
Implement Countermeasure and Check Performance

Goals: QC Steps:
6. See counter measures through. a. Implement action plan b. report, inform, consult b. Eliminate root cause

Week 13: Step 6
Week 14: Step 6


Check Phase
Collect data to confirm effectiveness of countermeasure.

Goals: QC Steps:
7. Evaluate Results and Processes
8. Standardize. Follow up.

Week 16: Step 8 (Final QC step)


Evaluation Phase
GL and TL evaluate the team and its members. The project is presented and evaluated.

Goals:
1.Summary of Benefits
2. Prepare Presentation

Schedule:
Week 17: Ending level assessment
Week 18: Evaluation
Week 19: Reflection


Presentation

The presentation will be scheduled by the GL/TL. QC members will use the story board, Power Point etc. to present the project to company management.
