This is an outline for how the QC should progress. When we start the circle I will post our goals for each week.
Team Formation Phase
Choose a name. Evaluate member’s skills. Assign roles. Establish goals. Establish rules. Select a problem to be the theme.
Goals:

Analyze the problem, Identify the cause, Find the root cause. Data analysis on root cause. Develop Solution.

GL and TL evaluate the team and its members. The project is presented and evaluated.

2. Prepare Presentation

Week 19: Reflection
Presentation
The presentation will be scheduled by the GL/TL. QC members will use the story board, Power Point etc. to present the project to company management.
