This is an outline for how the QC should progress. When we start the circle I will post our goals for each week.
Team Formation Phase
Choose a name. Evaluate member’s skills. Assign roles. Establish goals. Establish rules. Select a problem to be the theme.

GL and TL evaluate the team and its members. The project is presented and evaluated.

Presentation
The presentation will be scheduled by the GL/TL. QC members will use the story board, Power Point etc. to present the project to company management.
